Are you a hospital, an agency, or a travel company?
None of these. TFUCare is an independent patient-service company. We are not a medical institution and do not provide diagnosis or treatment — all medical services are delivered by licensed hospitals that you choose; travel products are arranged through licensed providers.
How much do your services cost?
The first consultation is free, and you receive a written quote before anything is agreed. Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital — we never handle treatment payments. Our service fee is separate and quoted upfront.
Can you help with international insurance and direct billing?
Many international insurers have direct-billing arrangements with hospital international departments in Chengdu. We help verify your coverage, contact the insurer and coordinate the process; coverage decisions are always made by your insurer.
How is my medical information handled?
Shared only with the hospitals you choose, only with your consent; stored securely, never sold, never used for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally 2–4 weeks before intended travel, so records can be pre-reviewed and appointments lined up. Urgent cases are handled case by case — we will tell you honestly what is possible.
